As an expert in brand building and branding, Katja brings entrepreneurs and SMEs into visibility with a clear positioning and unique branding – and has been doing so for over 20 years.
At the beginning of her career, she worked as a communication designer in the advertising industry, successfully bringing clients such as MTV, LEVI'S, Deutsche Bank and Techniker Krankenkasse into the public eye, and was nominated at the New York Festival, a winner at the ADC (Art Directors Club), and the German Brand Award.
She founded her company TIGER VISION in her late twenties and lives and breathes branding and visibility from the inside out. Her vision is to sustainably increase the visibility of all freelancers and entrepreneurs. She consistently inspires people with her empathetic approach, both on stage, in her workshops, and as an author.

REINHARD PASCHER
Flow Pioneer I Brand Builder I Keynote Surfer
As a passionate windsurfer and sail designer, Reinhard Pascher's time spent on Fuerteventura, Sylt, and Maui was formative. He began designing and testing his own sails at an early age.
He is a co-founder of the design agency Pascher+Heinz and has worked with over 250 brands such as Puma, Adidas, Salewa, and Red Bull. Reinhard Pascher was Head Judge of the ISPO BrandNew Awards and a jury member of the German Design Award.
His driving force: the connection between sport, design, and thinking. As a board member, sparring partner, and keynote speaker, he supports companies, inspiring them to achieve flow, clarity, and the courage to embrace simplicity – always from practical experience, not theory.

PAT WIND
Film producer & expert in mental strength
and communication
Patrick Wind is a film producer, PR consultant, event manager, and co-founder and managing director of the Ulrike Ditz & Patrick Wind Group, which includes companies such as the Burnout Network, Society House, and Relaxation & Travel. He is currently producing the international feature film "Parsifal" with Franco Nero in the lead role, in collaboration with Opera Totale, and is also a co-producer of the international film "Someone Dies Tonight" featuring several Hollywood stars.
As an expert in rhetoric and communication, he is a guest lecturer at various universities in Germany and France. Within the Burnout Network, he is responsible for event organization, marketing, customer service, and digitalization. Through high-profile media campaigns and over 300 publications, he has established himself as a PR consultant and expert in digital marketing, particularly in the health, business, and media sectors.

Wiebke Huhs has worked professionally with her voice for 20 years – as a speaker, journalist (SWR, NDR, Deutschlandradio), opera and concert soloist, and trainer. Her field is the voice and everything connected with it – the body, the psyche, expression, and personality – and, of course, a captivating stage presence.
